Our goal is to provide your purchase safe transportation with the highest expertise of installation, this is why we offer a white-glove service. We work with our partner brands own delivery teams and logistics companies specialized in delivery and installation of high-end furniture.
1/ For the seller: Once the item sells, we contact you immediatly and take an appointment to confirm condition, then pick-up the product taking care of all operations.
2/ For the buyer: A dedicated team will deliver and install your furniture inside your residence. If the item was in its original packaging, left-over wrapping material(s) will be picked-up and disposed of by the team.
If there is no restriction of time regarding the seller or the buyer schedule, we are able to deliver the item in a maximum of 10 business days.
One Off Edition policy gives you the opportunity to return products in a fast, easy, even in a free way under conditions as explained below.
Once delivered, you have 48 hours to contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org; with a description and pictures so we could fully understand your request in case of unpredict damages.
We come back to you within 48 hours, so we could fix a pick-up meeting to return your product.
OOE takes full charges if:
- This is your first order on OOE.
- You choose our gift card system refunds.
- Product get to your home with defects which are not mentioned in oneoffedition.com product page.
For other cases, OOE does not charge any restocking fees, only transportation fee which are indicated before the item sells.
You will be refund within 7 days, or on the same payment method you used to buy your furniture, or on your OOE account if you choose a gift card refund.
