After the purchase is completed, we can hold your items for up to 15 days at no additional cost. After this timeframe, we charge storage fees based on the length of hold requested or imposed (ie: if no contact is made to schedule a delivery).
The amount of storage fees varies depending on the item’s location and type. Please contact our team via our online chat or by email for further information.
From the New York Tri-State area up to Massachusetts and down to Washington DC, we offer:
- White glove delivery, including installation
- Drop-off delivery, without installation
- Local pick-up, based upon the item’s location.
White Glove Delivery:
We partner solely with professional installers specialized in high-end furniture delivery and installation.
It is the safest delivery method and guarantees the highest level of satisfaction as it is our delivery partner’s responsibility to ensure the item is delivered with care and installed correctly.The cost of this delivery method varies depending upon how fragile the item is and its complexity of installation (eg: product with motorized mechanisms, wall-unit systems, etc.)
Timeframe: 4-6 weeks
The item will be delivered inside the home but is not installed by our delivery professionals. Should the item require any type of assembly, it is the buyer’s responsibility to install the piece properly.
One Off Edition only recommends this delivery method for items that do not require assembly (eg: dining chairs, side tables, etc.) The cost of this delivery method varies depending on the size and weight of the item. It is more affordable than our white glove delivery service as it does not include installation.
Timeframe: 2-4 weeks
This option is available for selected items only.
Local pick-up is free and can be coordinated within 48 hours with our team by email and/or phone following the purchase.
Timeframe: 1-2 weeks

We may organize delivery in other states within the continental USA upon request. Please contact our team to get a delivery and timing estimate.
Additional delivery fees may apply. Occurrences include, but are not limited to, destinations that are not accessible by road or require a ferry ride, etc., items that require special equipment to be delivered to that specific location (example: Crane to be delivered to a window).
It is always the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items upon delivery.
Any inconsistencies in an item’s condition, not matching the website’s description, should be recorded and relayed to One Off Edition. Should this happen please contact our team right away via email: email@example.com
Any discrepancy in the item’s condition reported to One Off Edition after the delivery or pick-up will automatically be refused.
Yes, we accept returns without justification at the time of delivery or pick-up.
The cost of the item purchased is refundable in full and will be refunded to the original payment method. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Note: Shipping an item back to our team is the buyer’s responsibility. The buyer’s original payment method will be charged the fee required to ship the item back to our team
Once the delivery or pick-up of the purchased item has been completed, no returns are authorized.
Should you notice any inconsistencies in an item’s condition, not matching the website’s description, we invite you to refuse the delivery. All inconsistencies must be recorded with pictures and/or videos documenting the issue and reported to One Off Edition within 24 hours of the delivery.
We exclusively sell products coming from the brand or its official vendors’ inventory: they can be out of collection pieces, overstock, ex-display models or client returns. None of them has ever been used in a private residence.
The majority of the items are in mint condition but some of them can have minimal wear and tear. Please refer to the item description for more information.
We do not sell broken, incomplete, heavily stained or non functional products (if a mechanism is present).
The products are stored in warehouses that do not have the capacity or safety requirements to accommodate the general public, hence we do not allow “viewings” of the product.

You can appreciate the product through multiple angles, close-up views, inspiration backgrounds or even in your space without compromising on the visual quality: lighting, shapes, volume and colors are specifically developed by a team of 3D engineers and designer furniture curators with the utmost attention to details.
You can also scan the barcode of the product to see it in your space and make sure it perfectly fits size and color wize, with the rest of your items. No stretched images or cat walking in the background, this revolutionary technology is giving you the experience of a showroom from the comfort of your home.

3 - Click on the link that appears on top of your camera window.
4 - Move your camera left and right slowly to scan your room (make sure there is enough lighting in the room). The product will appear automatically.
5 - Use your fingers to move the product in your room or pivot it.
6 - By walking towards the product you can zoom on its details.
