Maintenance Instructions
Cleaning Instructions
Basic Care for Spills:
- Liquids will bead on the surface due to the C-Zero finish.
- Use a clean, dry, absorbent cloth to gently blot and remove excess liquid. Avoid rubbing to prevent pushing the liquid into the fabric.
Removing Stubborn Stains:
Oil and Food-Based Stains (e.g., olive oil, ketchup):
Dampen a cloth with warm water and add a drop of mild dish soap.
Blot the stain gently, rotating the cloth to absorb residue.
Use a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue.
Allow the fabric to air dry.
Beverage Stains (e.g., red wine, whiskey):
Dampen a cloth with warm water and add a small amount of mild laundry detergent.
Blot the stain carefully, avoiding rubbing or spreading.
Wipe with a damp cloth to remove detergent residue.
Let the fabric air dry.
For Dried or Persistent Stains:
Dampen a cloth with warm water and add a drop of dish soap or mild detergent.
Blot the stain gently but firmly, and rotate the cloth to absorb the stain as it lifts.
Rinse the area with a damp cloth to remove soap residue and air dry.
Additional Care Tips
- Regular vacuuming or light brushing will help remove dust and maintain the fabric's appearance.
- Do not use water-based or detergent-based solvent cleaners that may cause shrinking or damage.
- Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, or excessive scrubbing.
- Professional dry cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning or extensive soil.
- Cloud Boucle’s stain-resistant properties, coupled with its durability, ensure both functionality and longevity, making it ideal for residential, commercial, and hospitality applications.

Spot Cleaning Instructions
1/ Remove any loose debris and gently blot the stain.
2/ Spray a solution of water and bleach (2 oz bleach to 30 oz water) directly onto the stain.
Tip: Place a clean towel between the fabric and the cushion to absorb excess moisture.
3/ Allow the solution to soak in for several minutes.
4/ Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
5/ Blot again with a dry cloth, then allow the fabric to air dry.
Hand Washing Removable Covers
For cushion covers that can be removed and reinstalled:
1/ Remove any loose debris.
2/ Take off the cushion cover from the foam insert if possible.
3/ For tougher stains, pre-treat using a mix of mild dish soap (like Dawn) and water, or a fabric cleaner with bleach.
4/ Spray the cleaner from the outside of the stain inward.
5/ Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
6/ Hand wash with cold water, laundry detergent, and a small amount of bleach if necessary.
7/ Rinse thoroughly.
8/ Hang the cover and let it air dry completely before placing it back.
Stubborn or Residual Stains
If a stain remains after initial cleaning, it may be residue that wasn’t fully removed:
1/ Repeat the cleaning steps above using a bleach-based fabric cleaner.
2/ Spray generously, wipe, then rinse with clean water and blot again.
3/ Let air dry or speed up the process with a hairdryer.
4/ If residue persists, professional steam cleaning may be required.
Oil-Based Stains (e.g. salad dressing, sunscreen)
1/ Try gently rubbing the stain with a baby wipe.
2/ If that’s not enough, mix a solution of mild dish soap (2 oz) with water (30 oz).
3/ Spray the area evenly using a fan spray pattern.
4/ Blot and gently rub the stained area, then wipe the entire surface to lift any soap residue.
5/ Rinse with clean water and blot again.
6/ Allow to air dry or use a hairdryer.
7/ Repeat as needed; steam cleaning may be required for persistent oil stains.
