It includes spot and deep cleaning, advanced protection treatments, and concierge care. The Concierge service covers ongoing inspections, light touch-up repairs, cushion or spare part replacement, refinishing, and other preventive and day to day maintenance, ensuring all your furniture stays in excellent condition over time.
Traditional stain- and water-repellent treatments, such as Scotchgard, rely on surface coatings that can wear off quickly, especially with frequent use, and often need to be reapplied every year or sooner. Many also contain PFAS (“forever chemicals”), which may pose health concerns.
Our solution is 100% PFAS-free and uses advanced nano-technology that bonds directly with the fibers rather than sitting on the surface. This creates longer-lasting protection that resists stains and liquids over time, is less sensitive to friction from body contact or clothing, and keeps fabrics breathable, soft, and natural to the touch. Compared with traditional coatings, it delivers superior performance and durability without the chemical risks.
