1. How do I place an order?
Browse our curated collection of designer seating: sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, and ottomans. Select your favorite piece, then customize it with your preferred fabric and color from our OneOff performance line. Once customized, you can complete your order seamlessly online in just a few steps.
2. Can I customize the fabric or color of my sofa?
Absolutely. Every piece is reupholstered to order using your choice of fabric and color from our high-performance, designer-grade selection.
Please note: each piece is unique and typically available in one size and quantity, unless otherwise indicated.
3. How long does it take to receive my sofa?
Our standard lead time is 30 days from order to delivery. Each piece is restored locally, starting from our sofa inventory and fabric production to re-upholstery and final delivery ; keeping everything as efficient and sustainable as possible.
4. Can I place a special order for a piece not listed online?
We update our inventory frequently. If you’re looking for something specific, contact us directly. We may already have a similar piece undergoing restoration or be able to help source one for you.
5. Are these sofas brand new?
No, they’re better. Each piece is a high-end designer original, restored to like-new condition. We replace the upholstery, refresh the infills when needed, perform deep sanitation, and conduct a full structural inspection. All while respecting the brand’s original craftsmanship and reducing environmental impact.
6. How are the sofas cleaned and restored?
Every piece goes through a meticulous, multi-step process:
• Structural inspection and reinforcement
• Deep sanitation to eliminate allergens or bugs
• Replacement or reinforcement of seat and back infills as needed
• Reupholstery in your chosen OneOff performance fabric
7. What are performance fabrics?
Our performance fabrics are stain-resistant, durable, and easy to clean, perfect for real life. Some options, like our Cloud Bouclé, are even water-repellent. They’re made to look beautiful and last for years with minimal upkeep.
8. Can I request a fabric swatch?
Yes! We offer free swatches so you can feel the texture and see the color in person. A $10 flat shipping fee applies.
9. Where do you deliver?
We currently serve the New York Tri-State area, including NY, NJ, and CT, as well as select parts of PA and MA. All deliveries include white-glove service, ensuring a smooth, premium experience.
10. What’s included in delivery?
Our white-glove delivery includes in-home placement, unpacking, and setup of your restored piece.
If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we’ll provide it in advance to ensure smooth access on delivery day.
11. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of the item.
Typical rates range from $250 for an armchair to $450 for a sectional. The exact fee will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.
12. Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes. Either the purchaser or an authorized representative (18+) must be present to receive and inspect the delivery at the scheduled time.
13. What is your return policy?
Because each piece is restored and customized to your specifications, all sales are final. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 6-month warranty covering upholstery and structural workmanship.
14. What if my sofa arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage or if something is incorrect, notify the delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
15. Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every OneOff piece includes a 6-month warranty that covers structural integrity and upholstery craftsmanship.

16. What makes OneOff different from other furniture brands?

18. Do you have a showroom?
We currently operate online only, but all of our pieces originate from recognized European and American luxury furniture brands.
You may be able to experience a “sister” version of the same model, perhaps in a different finish or fabric, at the original brand’s authorized dealers or flagship showrooms, especially in major cities.
